KATY TRAIL SCENIC BICYCLE RIDE

The Katy Trail between McBaine and Rocheport is one of the most scenic places on earth. The trail is absolutely flat and the environment is absolutely beautiful. The Missouri River and the limestone cliffs are proof of God’s greatest creations. Distance is 8 miles each way, and a snack is planned for the midpoint. A slow pace of 8 mph is planned and the exertion is equivalent to two hours of walking on the flat. Date is Saturday, July 31, 2010 at 10 a.m., approximately 3 hours total time. Bring your own bike, but some bikes provided on request.
